Job Overview

Role Summary

We are on the lookout for an innovative and proactive individual to join our Global Strategy and Outbound Product Management team.

Your primary mission will be to drive the growth of our engineered systems across various global regions and industry sectors through strategic Outbound Product Management and Business Development initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

1) Possess a robust understanding of Exadata technology and its associated solutions within the Oracle hardware and software ecosystem.

2) Exhibit self-motivation to collaborate with Sales teams, assisting in customer development, preparing marketing materials, and articulating compelling value propositions to potential clients while actively engaging with customers.

3) Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to target new opportunities where Exadata can stand out against competitive offerings, particularly in sectors like HPC, Manufacturing, and AI-driven workloads.

Utilize market research skills to analyze the competitive landscape, derive insights, and design targeted GTM programs while working alongside cross-functional teams.

4) Enhance the existing team's outreach in regions that may not be fully covered, such as Eastern Europe and Brazil, where competition is notably strong.

5) Demonstrate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with a strong focus on metrics. A background in Sales Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or Engineering is advantageous.

6) Be a collaborative team player, highly self-driven, and focused on executing tasks efficiently.
