As a Lead Solutions Architect, you will collaborate with Client Managers to conduct technical Pre-Sales activities for our Fortune 500 clientele across various sectors.

Your role will be dynamic, encompassing a wide range of offerings such as Infrastructure Modernization, Multi-cloud Architecture, Security Transformation, and Digital Strategy.

With access to our Advanced Technology Center for briefings, training, workshops, demos, and Proof of Concepts, you will deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Lead Solutions Architect, you will engage throughout the sales lifecycle, from opportunity identification and discovery to presales and service delivery transition. You will manage the development of intricate technical solutions while uncovering new business opportunities.

Your focus will be on driving enterprise-level architectural strategies that enable clients to meet their business objectives. You will be responsible for articulating and communicating the long-term vision to both account executives and internal teams.

Networking with industry leaders, internal sales, client leadership, and both current and prospective clients will be crucial in understanding and conveying emerging trends.

You will also provide ongoing leadership and mentorship to consulting systems engineers within the team.


Essential Job Functions:


• Develop and implement strategic enterprise solutions in key technical areas: Network, Cloud and Security Transformations, Software-Defined Data Centers, Data Engineering and Analytics, and AIOps Platforms.
• Prepare engaging internal and customer-facing sales/technical presentations that simplify complex designs and concepts.
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and executives within accounts.
• Provide thought leadership within client accounts.
• Drive revenue growth with existing and new clients by leveraging the full WWT portfolio.
• Establish strategic partnerships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
• Proactively identify new opportunities within the existing customer base.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Client Director.

Qualifications:
• 10+ years of experience in successful consultative selling and/or account development within Commercial Enterprise accounts.
• Proven experience collaborating with senior business partners and C-level clients to identify trends, communicate competitive actions, and present strategic plans.
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to new business development initiatives.
• Strong aptitude for identifying strategic solutions to enterprise-wide business challenges.
• Experience in developing strategic technical plans.
• Exceptional skills in understanding and driving solutions centered on client needs.
• Excellent interpersonal relationship-building and coaching abilities.
• Visionary leadership with the capacity to inspire a team.
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of complex business operations.
• Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to manage diverse situations and rapidly changing priorities.
• Proactive and consultative approach to customer and sales requests; ability to listen and effectively address user needs.
• Proven ability to plan, develop, and manage programs and multiple projects.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• High-level knowledge of automation platforms and tools (e.g., Terraform, Infrastructure as Code, Azure Resource Manager, Ansible, Chef).

Preferred Experience:

• Familiarity with Data Center Infrastructure technologies such as Dell, HPE, Pure Storage, and Nutanix HCI.
• Knowledge of Backup technologies including Veeam and Rubrik.
• Experience with Network Security Technologies like VMware NSX and F5 BIG-IP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft technologies including Active Directory and Office 365.
• Understanding of AIOps and Observability tools such as DataDog and Splunk.
