About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Development Manager to lead our team of software engineers in the development of our mobile and web applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire software development lifecycle, including design, development, QA, and release.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to the software engineering team, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Software Development: Lead the development of new mobile and web applications, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Cloud-Based Infrastructure: Manage and maintain our cloud-based infrastructure, ensuring that it is secure, scalable, and meets the needs of our business.
  • Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of software engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in software development, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of software engineers.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in cloud-based technologies, including AWS or Azure, and experience with mobile and web application development.
