GeoSearch is a prominent name in the production of infrastructure marking solutions. Our reputation is built on a foundation of high-quality offerings and a loyal customer base, particularly in the domain of boundary and utility marking.

We are currently expanding our operations by integrating communication and data collection features into our established marking solutions. Our innovative product line incorporates RFID technology, linking marked assets with leading GIS platforms. This advancement bridges the gap between physical assets and digital management, enhancing field asset oversight.

We seek dynamic individuals to drive this initiative forward.

Your Profile:

You are an adept product manager with the ability to assess customer requirements, create a strategic roadmap, and oversee the product launch process. Your expertise lies in understanding how digital solutions can enhance traditional practices, especially within the infrastructure sectors of utilities, municipalities, and engineering design. You have a solid history of managing resources and partnerships to achieve market entry and budget goals.

Key Responsibilities:

The Product Manager will undertake a variety of tasks, including:

  • Conducting customer interviews and market evaluations to prioritize product development and enhancements.
  • Overseeing pilot programs to ensure initial customer satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Translating customer insights and business needs into technical specifications, product timelines, and marketing strategies.
  • Planning and designing product roadmaps.
  • Identifying and allocating resources for product development and market introduction.
  • Prioritizing product features and effectively communicating their significance to stakeholders.
  • Developing pricing strategies and revenue models.
  • Establishing and monitoring success metrics.
  • Engaging with external stakeholders, including customers and industry groups at relevant events.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including finance, engineering, operations, marketing, and sales, to ensure seamless product delivery.
  • Ensuring timely product completion while adhering to budget constraints.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management.
  • Experience in relevant sectors such as utilities, public works, or AEC.
  • Familiarity with software development, particularly in geospatial contexts.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of the ESRI geospatial software platform.
  • Understanding of asset management practices in utilities or public works.
