Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Field Facilities Professional to join our team at Terracon. As a Field Facilities Professional, you will be responsible for diagnosing and developing repair/restoration solutions for the built environment. This includes all major components and systems of buildings and other infrastructure.

Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in building science or a related field and up to 5 years of experience in facility assessment. Alternatively, they may have 4-9 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing assessments, inspections, and testing, as well as assisting in the preparation of reports, plans, specifications, calculations, and research. They will also assist in the development of restoration design documents and construction oversight/administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and develop repair/restoration solutions for the built environment
  • Perform assessments, inspections, and testing
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, plans, specifications, calculations, and research
  • Assist in the development of restoration design documents and construction oversight/administration
  • Follow safety rules, guidelines, and standards for all projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in building science or a related field
  • Up to 5 years of experience in facility assessment
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable violation history
