Senior Program Manager, Connectivity Solutions

What will you contribute to our mission? The Role:
As a Senior Program Manager, you will collaborate with a skilled cross-disciplinary team to conceptualize, oversee, and deliver cutting-edge consumer products, technologies, and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with essential stakeholders in product management and executive teams to outline strategic objectives and requirements.
- Drive data-driven initiatives to gather insights on device and accessory performance, providing actionable improvement recommendations.
- Lead cross-functional problem-solving and development efforts from initial design through to final delivery.
- Coordinate with global teams to ensure the timely delivery of supporting software and services aligned with launch schedules.
- Regularly communicate with senior management regarding project status, risks, and change management.
- Partner with subject matter experts to spearhead new technology initiatives and evaluations for next-generation Amazon products and features.
- Collaborate with component leads to assess and adopt new vendor technologies and hardware.
- Engage with vendors and external partners to integrate device software and firmware technologies into our products.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
- At least 3 years of experience in technical product or program management.
- A minimum of 3 years of software development experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in technical program management, specifically working with software engineering teams.
- Over 5 years of experience in project management disciplines, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
- Proven experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, establishing sustainable processes, and coordinating release schedules.
- Experience in defining KPIs and SLAs to drive multimillion-dollar business initiatives and reporting to senior leadership.
