  • Establish metrics and objectives for the program and the organization.
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to deploy scalable solutions and ensure accurate policy enforcement.
  • Make well-informed decisions regarding content moderation challenges.
  • Create policies and governance structures to manage escalation scenarios effectively.
  • Recruit and mentor a dedicated team of policy program managers.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Proven track record of owning program strategy, delivering comprehensive results, and reporting to senior leadership.
  • Expertise in leveraging data and metrics to drive enhancements.
  • Experience in defining and executing program requirements.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across both technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in leading process improvements.
  • Advanced degree in business, operations, human resources, or a related discipline.
