Your responsibilities will include:

  • Utilizing your problem-solving and decision-making expertise to navigate challenges that may arise during project execution.

Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager in software delivery, managing demanding schedules with significant business implications.
  • Proficiency in system/platform design concepts, architecture, user experience design, services, APIs, and relevant technologies.
  • Ability to foster positive relationships and collaborate with product managers to comprehend target personas and business needs, translating these into actionable features and user stories for engineering teams.
  • A strong sense of ownership and accountability, with a passion for data-driven problem-solving.
  • Expertise in change and risk management methodologies, project management tools, and reporting techniques.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA and JIRA Align is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Project Management certification.
