Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, your primary duties will include:

  • Utilizing your profound knowledge of software architecture and design principles to guide project execution.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure clarity on roles, responsibilities, and project timelines.
  • Defining objectives, critical delivery paths, and key milestones for complex programs that involve multiple dependencies.
  • Optimizing resource allocation and delivery processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Establishing a systematic approach to capacity planning and resource management.
  • Employing your problem-solving skills to navigate challenges and drive projects to successful completion.

Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Over 5 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager in software delivery, managing high-stakes projects.
  • Proficiency in system design concepts, architecture, user experience design, and API technologies.
  • Ability to foster positive relationships with product managers to translate business needs into actionable features and user stories.
  • A strong sense of accountability and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies and tools, including JIRA and related platforms.

Preferred Skills:
  • Project Management certification.
  • Experience in managing technical projects with significant business impact.
