Role Summary

The Financing & Retail Systems team is dedicated to developing innovative software solutions that empower our Retail team members, enhancing customer experiences across numerous locations worldwide.

Your role will involve leading the planning, coordination, and execution of technology integrations and releases, significantly impacting the customer experiences that our Retail teams are renowned for.


Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the delivery of essential business features.
  • Define business and functional requirements for features, along with tools to support success metrics.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including Store Operations, Legal, Design, Trust & Safety, and Marketing, to deliver impactful features.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical program and/or project management, particularly with iOS applications or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in project management software such as JIRA or similar tools.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong facilitation skills, capable of leading productive meetings and guiding teams to generate solutions and make timely decisions.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to foster positive relationships across all organizational levels.
  • A proactive, accountable, and self-motivated approach.
  • A willingness to adapt in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with evolving challenges.
  • A Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in a relevant field; an MBA is a plus.
  • Certifications related to Agile Project Management.

Compensation and Benefits

At Apple, base pay is just one component of our comprehensive compensation package, which is determined within a range based on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

The base pay range for this role is between $136,300 and $205,500. Additionally, employees have the opportunity to participate in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs, including restricted stock unit awards and discounted stock purchases.
