At Cody Fuqua - State Farm Agent, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Account Manager. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional service and building strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
- Provide prompt and accurate customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Use a customer-centric approach to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations.
- Work closely with the agent to develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth.
- Identify customer needs and develop leads to increase sales and revenue.
As an Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and develop your skills in sales, customer service, and marketing. You will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers.
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience, preferably in an insurance or financial services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to the success of the team.
- Property and Casualty license, with the ability to obtain Life and Health license.
