This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, with the opportunity to work from one of the AAA's regional offices. The starting annual salary range is based on location, with quarterly incentive opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
• Review case filings to ensure accuracy and compliance with filing requirements
• Enter information and scan/upload documents into the online case management system
• Maintain confidentiality of case information and records, adhering to the AAA's information security and data privacy policies
• Respond to correspondence in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Articulate knowledge of arbitration sections of NYS Regulation 68 and NYS Regulation 35D related to NYSI Division's operations and tasks
• Establish a professional rapport with the user community, stakeholders, and internal associates
• Demonstrate regular, reliable, and predictable job attendance
Requirements
• Associate's Degree in business or related discipline, or an equivalent mix of education and experience
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in customer service, medical/liability insurance, case administration, or legal environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, document review, and record-keeping
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based case management systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with clients, attorneys, arbitrators, mediators, and colleagues
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information
