Job Summary

The Business Development Specialist is a key role within our Financial Institutions and Private Equity groups, responsible for supporting the senior business development teams in delivering their objectives. This includes working closely with industry, practice, and client teams to develop and implement business development strategies, as well as supporting client programs and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

* Work closely with senior business development teams to deliver business development objectives
* Support industry, practice, and client teams in developing and implementing business development strategies
* Conduct research and analysis to support business development efforts
* Assist in the production and maintenance of credentials and related materials
* Ensure accurate and timely recording of pitches, proposals, and business opportunities

Requirements

* Graduate with relevant business development experience in a professional services firm
* Excellent communication and research skills
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to project manage multiple initiatives concurrently
