Key Responsibilities:
- Retrieve and distribute mail and packages efficiently.
- Ensure timely processing of outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain inventory for shipping supplies.
- Handle requests for printing, copying, scanning, and binding.
- Provide first-level triage and key operational services for printer management.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of two years of experience in an office setting.
- 2-3 years of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong work ethic with a diplomatic approach; team-oriented and service-focused.
- Exceptional verbal communication and telephone skills.
- Outstanding customer service abilities.
- Consistently maintains a professional demeanor, appearance, and attitude.
