Key Responsibilities:
  • Retrieve and distribute mail and packages efficiently.
  • Ensure timely processing of outgoing mail and packages.
  • Maintain inventory for shipping supplies.
  • Handle requests for printing, copying, scanning, and binding.
  • Provide first-level triage and key operational services for printer management.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of two years of experience in an office setting.
  • 2-3 years of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong work ethic with a diplomatic approach; team-oriented and service-focused.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and telephone skills.
