Job Summary

This is a full-time permanent opportunity with Pivotal Placement Services, a national workforce solutions firm specializing in placing healthcare professionals. We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Team Lead to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Address client and provider inquiries via various communication channels, ensuring adherence to contractual and state guidelines.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and providers, fostering a positive and supportive environment.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience in the Managed Care and Benefit Administration industries.
  • Good work history tenure is essential.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
