Job Title: Field Sales Director

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer satisfaction metrics.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Manage sales performance and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive business growth and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience in the wireless industry.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
