Job Title: Director of Sales

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Sales to lead our sales team at Pacifica Continental. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of direct sales experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong technical understanding of CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
