Job Description

As a Regional Sales Director at i-PRO Americas, you will be responsible for driving strategic sales growth and exceeding financial targets for the designated region. This role requires a strong leader who can empower high-performing sales teams and foster a collaborative culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish performance guidelines and enforce accountability for direct reports.
  • Foster collaboration between sales teams and build a positive, collaborative sales team culture.
  • Conduct regular individual and team coaching sessions to ensure development and goal achievement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop market analysis, trends, and solutions.
  • Drive direct reports to build a robust pipeline with consistent growth.
  • Achieve and track progress on KPIs and share insights with stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Security Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant industry experience.
  • 8+ years of combined sales and management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in the security industry is a strong advantage.
