Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess, compile, and enter application details for mortgage financing.
  • Consult with clients regarding various home loan alternatives.
  • Examine residential loan application packages for thoroughness, ensuring compliance with set criteria.
  • Detect and report any inconsistencies in title or survey documentation.
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned.
  • Maintain a current, valid NMLS license or appointment along with appropriate State licensing in good standing.
Required Qualifications:
  • Possession of relevant state licensing is mandatory.
  • Preferred experience ranging from two to five years in the field.
