COMPENSATION RANGE

The Target Pay Range for this position is $51,800.00-$63,200.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $42,000.00-$74,800.00 annually. Compensation decisions are based on relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Individual qualifications will be considered when making an employment offer. Additionally, performance-based incentives are available for the selected candidate.

We offer flexible spending accounts for healthcare and dependent care, as well as health savings accounts for eligible employees. Employees can enroll in our 401k plan and employer-funded retirement plan. Newly hired employees accrue 6.16 hours of paid time off (PTO) per pay period based on hours worked (up to a maximum of 160 PTO hours per year) and receive ten paid holidays throughout the year. Your efforts in deepening mortgage sourcing and member relationships are vital to our growth and success. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop tailored mortgage solutions: Engage with members both in-person and through brokers, focusing on understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions while building enduring relationships.
  • Establish and nurture strong connections: Serve as the primary contact for mortgage products and services, enhancing relationships with agents, builders, and other professionals. Your ability to cultivate and strengthen mortgage sourcing relationships is crucial for our expansion.
  • Generate new mortgage connections: Lead generation and prospecting will be essential components of your role, aimed at establishing new mortgage relationships to propel our growth.
  • Contribute to team and individual objectives: Your responsibilities extend beyond sales; they include supporting overall goal achievement, mentoring referral generation, and enhancing the member experience.
  • Represent the organization in the community: Actively engage in community events and organizations to promote our mortgage offerings and educate others about the advantages of our products and services.
  • Act as an escalation point: Serve as a direct contact for member inquiries and concerns, showcasing the value and support we provide.
  • Moderate travel required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or educational experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of mortgage loan sales experience, self-generating mortgage volume of $12 million or more annually.
  • Compliance with SAFE Act legislation, requiring annual registration as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO).

  • Exceptional relationship management, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Strong sales, prospecting, and follow-up abilities.
  • Proficient mathematical skills with a high degree of accuracy, including the ability to perform complex income analysis.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
