BECU is seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Advisor to join our team. As a Mortgage Advisor, you will play a critical role in connecting with members and brokers, building strong relationships, and creating meaningful mortgage solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Create Meaningful Mortgage Solutions: You will work with members to understand their needs and provide tailored mortgage solutions, building long-lasting relationships and driving business growth.
- Build and Maintain Strong Relationships: You will be the primary point of contact for mortgage products and services, working to deepen relationships with agents, builders, and other professionals.
- Generate New Mortgage Relationships: You will prospect and lead generate to create new mortgage relationships, driving BECU's growth and expansion.
- Contribute to Individual and Team Goals: You will contribute to the overall goal attainment, coaching and developing referral generation, and enhancing the member experience.
- Represent BECU in the Community: You will actively participate in community organizations and events to generate new mortgage business and educate others about BECU's mortgage products and services.
- Serve as an Escalation Point: You will be a direct point of contact for member issues and concerns, demonstrating the value and support BECU offers.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or education-related experience
- Minimum 3 years of mortgage loan sales experience, self-generating mortgage volume of $12 million or greater annually
- Compliance with SAFE Act legislation, which requires annual registration as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO)
