Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and oversee the activities of Customer Service Representatives who provide essential services to general aviation aircraft, clients, passengers, and crew.
  • Monitor the performance of team members to ensure compliance with technical accuracy, professionalism, and adherence to company policies.
  • Assist clients with various service requests, including fuel, catering, hangar space, hotel accommodations, and ground transportation.
  • Facilitate transportation for clients using shuttle vans to and from terminals and local accommodations as required.
  • Oversee the arrival and departure of aircraft, including parking and marshaling duties.
  • Manage billing processes for services rendered and maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Ensure the security of all individuals entering the terminal and/or the Airport Operations Area (AOA).
  • Address customer complaints and recommend corrective actions to enhance service quality.
  • Adhere to company policies regarding customer service standards, safety, and security protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with clients through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Schedule and assign tasks to Customer Service Representatives, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Maintain and replenish supplies in customer service areas, including amenities and informational materials.
  • Serve as a resource for all customer service inquiries and provide training and support to team members.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • The ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Proficiency in operating office equipment, including computers and communication devices.
  • The capability to navigate congested areas with aircraft and vehicles safely.
  • Problem-solving skills to manage various tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • A commitment to maintaining a high standard of service and safety.
