Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Process cross-docks and manage inventory levels to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Verify inventory and notify customers of potential shortages, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.
  • Review receipts, outbounds, and charges to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Process hold/releases of inventory and maintain accurate records.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Research and resolve OS&Ds (Over, Short, and Damaged) and create reports to track and analyze issues.
  • Post inbound and outbound orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Input orders on time to be shipped on pools, maintaining efficient and organized workflow.
  • Cut logs and adjustments, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Research customer requests and provide solutions to resolve issues.
  • Report on turn times and ensure electronic transactions are not failing, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Import and export responsibilities, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Promptly perform Trace requests and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • High School Degree preferred.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in customer service or logistics.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • PC, leadership, and planning skills helpful.
  • Experience in AS400, SAP, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred.
  • Experience with warehouse paperwork preferred.
