As an Operations Team Leader at RXO, you will manage local personnel, allocate resources, establish partnerships with carriers, ensure compliance with RXO standards, and alert management to any escalating issues.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-level support to GF branches, including vetting and onboarding agents and carriers.
  • Securing TSA approvals for carriers, agents, and clients.
  • Collaborating with IT to facilitate testing for new customer integrations and system enhancements.
  • Mentoring and developing staff to achieve their objectives, while training them on company policies and procedures.
  • Executing supervisory duties, such as interviewing, hiring, managing performance, and resolving conflicts.
  • Contributing to pricing strategies for significant client projects.
  • Partnering with the NAT Solutions Team to support multi-modal pricing initiatives.

To thrive in this role, you will need:

At a minimum, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in transportation or logistics.

It would be advantageous if you also have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong leadership and creative problem-solving abilities, with a proven capacity to supervise, coach, and motivate team members.
