Position Summary:

We are seeking a Member Support Representative who will play a crucial role in facilitating service empowerment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to Lions members through various communication channels, including chat, email, and telephone.
  • Address inquiries and resolve issues related to Lions-facing platforms such as MyLion mobile, Real-time Reports, MyLCI, and more.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and provide informed recommendations regarding software usage, club administration, and supply orders.
  • Guide users through the e-Store processes for ordering and returning merchandise.
  • Offer step-by-step technical support for our software solutions.
  • Supply resources and information to Lions members actively engaged in service.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of interactions using ticketing software.
  • Create and update manuals, user guides, and FAQ documents to assist Lions members.
  • Handle inquiries related to programs managed by the Member Service Center.
  • Exhibit skills in conflict resolution, negotiation, and de-escalation.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service capacity.
  • Preferred experience in technical customer service for one to two years.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of work while meeting deadlines.
  • Proven aptitude for troubleshooting issues related to browsers and mobile software.
