- Group Management: Take group reservations and manage group blocks effectively.
- Sales Support: Engage with guests to promote room sales and respond to inquiries.
- Fluent in verbal and written English; Spanish is a plus.
- Basic mathematical skills and handwriting proficiency.
- Proficient in computer operations and typing.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a hospitable demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Night audit and basic accounting knowledge is beneficial.
- Ability to bend, twist, and reach.
- Capability to stand for extended periods and walk frequently.
- Normal balance and the ability to crouch or kneel.
- Good auditory skills to comprehend emergency information.
- Legal normal vision with or without accommodation.
