Guest Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Agent to join our team at Le Meridien Columbus, The Joseph. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities- Provide attentive and courteous service to guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout.
- Maximize room revenue and occupancy by effectively managing room reservations and rates.
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide information on hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Process guest transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Stay up-to-date on hotel policies, procedures, and promotions.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel software.
