Job Title: Office Operations Manager

The Office Operations Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dealership's financial and administrative functions.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Operations Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating and processing financial data, managing accounts payable and receivable, and providing exceptional customer service.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily banking transactions, including reconciliations and deposits
  • Process payments and invoices, ensuring timely payment and accurate accounting
  • Provide support to the Accounting team with financial reporting and analysis
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration or accounting
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computerized accounting systems
