Office Operations Director

**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly experienced Office Operations Director to join our team at ServiceMaster Restore 9669 - Irvine. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales or service management, with experience in managing internal assets and supervising production staff members. They should also possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee daily operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
- Supervise administrative staff and ensure operational KPIs are met
- Manage internal assets and supervise production staff members
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- 3-5 years experience in sales or service management
