Automotive Sales Professional

Tantillo Auto Group is seeking a highly motivated and goal-driven Automotive Sales Associate to join our team in New York. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the Auto industry, with a competitive salary of $85,000 to $125,000 per year. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles, while providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with clients.
Responsibilities- Welcome and greet customers, providing a positive and professional first impression.
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing new or used vehicles, while showcasing their features and benefits.
- Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with customers to promote repeat business.
- Stay up-to-date on all product and industry knowledge.
- Utilize various sales techniques to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
- Collaborate with the sales team and support staff to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.
- Continuously seek new sales opportunities, including outreach and marketing initiatives.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, sales, and inventory.
- Attend and participate in training and development programs to enhance sales and customer service skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is preferred.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other sales software.
- Knowledgeable about current automotive industry trends and products.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
