Key Responsibilities

  • Appraise vehicles brought into the store.
  • Manage all Auto Trader leads.
  • Manage all Kelly Blue Book CASH offer leads.
  • Update CRM tool with current prospects.
  • Offer test drives to all prospects and follow dealership procedures for identification.
  • Utilize dealership follow-up system.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Set personal income goals aligned with dealership productivity standards and devise strategies to achieve them.
  • Participate in sales training courses as directed by management.
  • Maintain a prospect development system.
  • Evaluate daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly actions to improve time management and planning.
  • Maintain a professional appearance.
  • Appraise and handle lease returns.
  • Manage inventory.
  • Handle ROs (Repair Orders) and details.
  • Provide vehicle descriptions and manage certification labels.

Requirements

  • Valid Driver's License
  • 2 + years of previous experience
  • 1 year of dealership setting experience
