Job Description

Mavis Tire Supply is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Store Manager to lead our retail sales and service team in the Wantagh, NY area.

About the Position

The Automotive Store Manager is responsible for driving sales, monitoring inventory and expenses, managing personnel, and controlling operating costs to ensure maximum profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage sales programs to drive revenue growth
  • Direct the work of technicians and mechanics to ensure timely and safe completion of high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance
  • Communicate directly with customers to assess their needs and provide information regarding requested and/or necessary automotive repairs and maintenance
  • Ensure complete customer satisfaction and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications

To be eligible for the position of Automotive Store Manager, you must be at least 18 years of age, be legally authorized to work in the United States, and possess 1 year of experience in retail store management or any combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
