Monson Savings Bank is in search of a full-time Client Relations Specialist for our Hampden Branch.

This role involves a flexible schedule, including availability on Saturdays until approximately 12:30 PM.


The Client Relations Specialist is tasked with executing a range of teller and customer service responsibilities, which encompass cashing checks, processing customer deposits, withdrawals, payments, and the sale of money orders and bank checks, along with related administrative tasks.

The role requires an understanding and adherence to the Bank's standards for service excellence, customer satisfaction, and relationship development. Additionally, the specialist will promote and cross-sell Bank products and services.

Education/Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous experience in cash handling and customer service is preferred.

Candidates must possess excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities. The ability to operate a computer and to learn, retain, and comply with complex regulatory and security protocols is necessary.
