Behavioral Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Behavioral Therapist - Autism Specialist. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for children with ASD, providing direct therapy services, and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with ASD, based on their unique needs and goals
• Provide direct therapy services to children with ASD, using evidence-based ABA techniques and strategies
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, speech therapists, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for our clients
• Conduct regular progress monitoring and data analysis to inform treatment decisions and adjust plans as needed
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy and ASD treatment

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, or eligibility to become certified
• Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Special Education
• At least 2 years of experience working with children with ASD, preferably in an ABA therapy setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions

• A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $90,000 per year
