Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Behavioral Therapist - Autism Specialist. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for children with ASD, providing direct therapy services, and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with ASD, based on their unique needs and goals
  • Provide direct therapy services, including one-on-one and group sessions, to children with ASD
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, speech therapists, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for our clients
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform treatment decisions
  • Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Special Education)
  • 2+ years of experience working with children with ASD
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
