As a Cybersecurity Risk Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

  • Executing risk management controls for vulnerability assessment and escalation.
  • Receiving daily guidance from the control lead while adhering to the manager's strategic direction.
  • Working collaboratively with team members to ensure effective control execution.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and spearheading initiatives to enhance control processes and related technologies.
  • Understanding incoming tasks, identifying stakeholders, and communicating necessary actions clearly.
  • Building strong governance partnerships with stakeholders to assist in addressing overdue vulnerabilities within set timelines.

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • Experience in cybersecurity analysis.
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel data analysis, including complex formulas and pivot tables.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, recognizing the importance of compliance in enterprise risk management.
  • Prior experience in auditing or risk management.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze governance, policy, compliance, and risk management practices.
  • Capability to work effectively within a matrixed environment and foster strong business relationships.
  • Experience in facilitating meetings to drive conclusions, assign tasks, and achieve objectives.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint and Jira.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits:
Pay Range: $68-$73 per hour, based on various factors including education, experience, and specific job duties.
