Infant Education Lead Specialist

At The Learning Experience, our Lead Teachers serve as champions of joy, crafting daily opportunities that embody our mission to positively impact the lives of children, their families, and the broader community.
Our dedicated educators adopt a growth mindset to nurture young intellects and cultivate a passion for learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide, mentor, and support less experienced educators within your classroom; exemplify desired behaviors and provide constructive feedback.
- Oversee the overall management of the classroom, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating educational atmosphere.
- Act as a role model, utilizing a growth mindset to foster young minds and ignite a love for learning.
- Implement our unique L.E.A.P. Curriculum, engaging with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers in a manner tailored to each child's individual needs.
- Establish a secure and nurturing environment where children can engage in play and learning.
- Maintain regular communication with parents, sharing updates on their children's experiences and accomplishments through various channels.
- Contribute to the success of your center by collaborating with staff and leadership to meet objectives related to enrollment and engagement.
- Build strong relationships with families and colleagues, creating a vibrant environment where play and learning coexist harmoniously.
Qualifications:
- Preferred: 1 year of professional teaching experience; minimum of six months required.
- Preferred: Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field; high school diploma/GED required.
- Demonstrated understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
- Preferred: CPR and First Aid certification.
- Preferred: SIDS certification.
- Must comply with state-specific requirements for the role.
