Outside Sales Professional

About the Role:
• Develop relationships with business owners to promote FinTech's Payment Solutions.
• Collaborate with our Sales Director to learn sales strategies and develop your territory.
• Leverage our Support Team to provide exceptional customer experiences.
• Identify and recommend the right payment solutions for each business, utilizing Elevate POS, mobile solutions, and other technologies.
Requirements:
• Proven sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years in B2B or B2C sales.
• Self-motivation and drive, with the ability to work independently without supervision.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with strong verbal and written abilities.
• Ability to meet sales targets and exceed quotas consistently.
• Time management skills, with capacity to prioritize and manage multiple clients or leads effectively.
• Reliable transportation for local or regional travel to meet clients.
• High level of professionalism, with an ethical and customer-focused approach to sales.
• Availability to commit to a flexible schedule based on client needs.
• Access to technology, including smartphone, laptop, and internet access for remote selling.
