About the Role

XO Global is seeking a highly skilled Client Services Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the proactive coordination and communication of all flight management details.

Key Responsibilities
  • Flight Management: Coordinate and communicate all flight management details, including itinerary details, manifest details, catering requests, on-board service items, and ground transportation arrangements.
  • Client Service: Provide exceptional client service, ensuring that all client needs are met and exceeded.
  • Flight Following: Monitor and track flight details, ensuring that all flights are executed smoothly and efficiently.
  • Operations: Collaborate with the operations team to ensure that all flight operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
