We are seeking a highly skilled Contact Center Agent to join our team in Dallas, TX.
Job Description:
">- Handle incoming customer calls and respond to their inquiries and concerns
- Solve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
