As a key member of our Product Management team, you will own the product vision, requirements management, business outcomes, user value, and ROI of the products that we build in partnership with our clients. Your duties will include generating purposeful ideas, strategy and vision creation, navigating complex stakeholders and vendor relationships, and following through with end-to-end product definition, development, launch, and adoption. You will also be responsible for ongoing management, operation, and optimization of the product.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and champion product strategies and vision throughout client engagements, as well as brief and inspire internal team members to deliver on that vision.
  • Be a trusted partner for our clients, preparing executive-level updates and materials that showcase the work of our teams, the product roadmap, and areas of opportunity and risk.
  • Evaluate competing product opportunities and prioritize and sequence an optimal roadmap.
  • Develop and champion business cases for additional investment, and comfortably navigate discussions and questions at an executive audience level.

  • Monitor and identify end-user and stakeholder needs, staying current to and responding to changes in industry trends and expectations.
  • Continuously prepare recommendations to expand product base and vision - based on data and research-driven insight.
  • Collaborate with and influence a variety of cross-functional teams and leaders, ranging from Apply Digital, our Clients, and their external vendors and partners.

Requirements

  • You've built and integrated with platforms that enable digital experiences, with a minimum 10+ years of experience leading product or engineering teams with a focus on consumer digital experiences (web and mobile).
  • Experience with Cloud technologies, web content management, distributed systems, and the latest trends in digital experience management.
  • You have proven yourself in a consultation role, through an Agency, Consultancy, or other Professional Services Firm where you were responsible for building and growing key relationships.
  • You have several years of experience communicating and collaborating with Executive Stakeholders from across an organization.
  • You are able to influence and negotiate with executive-level stakeholders.
  • You have proven experience mentoring and leading other product managers and team members.
  • You possess outstanding client management and communication abilities, coupled with a robust capacity to offer ongoing guidance and timely follow-up.
  • You are perceptive, a creative leader, and a problem solver.
  • You are professional, confident, and able to understand which ideas will and which won't work.
  • It's easy for you to break down complex problems into logical, digestible steps.
  • Ambiguity doesn't scare you, and you thrive on turning ambiguity and conflicting information into clarity in a fast-changing environment.
  • You can customize product management frameworks to help deconstruct some of the most complex user and business contexts.
  • You have a portfolio of digital products that you have shipped, managed, and operated, and are proud to share how it delivered value to end-users.
  • You are an expert in consumer digital trends and engagement. You know what separates a good mobile app experience from a great one, and where industry trends are going.
  • You're good at techie speak and non-techie speak. You've collaborated in multidisciplinary teams, are able to convey technical concepts to non-technical people as well as turn business, UX, design requirements into technical specifications.
