Total Rewards Manager

As a Total Rewards Manager, you'll play a key role in designing and implementing our benefits programs, ensuring they align with our company values and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage our health, wellness, and retirement programs, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
- Partner with our Payroll and Finance teams to administer our 401(k) plan, including funding, loans, and reconciliation.
- Manage our self-insured health plan, including claims management and vendor relationships.
- Develop and implement open enrollment strategies, including communication materials and employee education.
- Collaborate with our HR team to ensure compliance with federal and state laws, including the Affordable Care Act.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of benefits administration experience in a corporate environment, preferably in retail.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent relevant experience.
- Current knowledge of competitive compensation and benefit programs.
- Experience with managing a self-insured health plan and leave management.
