About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Total Rewards Manager to join our team at Boot Barn. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our comprehensive benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage our health, wellness, and retirement programs to ensure they meet the evolving needs of our employees.
  • Partner with our Payroll and Finance teams to administer our 401(k) plan, including funding, loans, and reconciliation.
  • Manage our self-insured health plan, including claims management and vendor relationships.
  • Develop and lead communications to maximize participation and program effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, including the Affordable Care Act.
  • Manage our Workers' Compensation program and develop a safety program to reduce injuries and claims.
  • Oversee our Leave of Absence and ADA requests, ensuring consistency with federal, state, and local laws.
  • Build and lead a team of Total Rewards Specialists and Administrators.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of benefits administration experience in a corporate environment, with retail experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Current knowledge of competitive compensation and benefit programs.
  • Working experience and knowledge with managing a self-insured health plan.
  • Previous experience in leave management.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet deadlines.
  • Experience with Word, Excel, ADP HRB, and other applicable database programs.
