Compensation and Benefits Manager (Bilingual)

TalentCount is seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive total rewards strategy that aligns with our business goals and ensures our compensation and benefits packages remain competitive in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a total rewards strategy that attracts, retains, and motivates top talent.
  • Lead the analysis, design, and administration of compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and equity programs.
  • Manage the payroll function for approximately 200-250 employees across multiple states.
Benefits and Compensation Expertise:
  • Oversee the management of employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and wellness plans.
  • Create and manage recognition programs that celebrate and reward employees for their contributions.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate the effectiveness of total rewards programs and make recommendations for improvements or adjustments as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in compensation and benefits and payroll administration.
  • Must be Bilingual Spanish.
  • Proficient with ADP Workforce Now.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation principles, benefits administration, and HR compliance.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
