Inside Account Manager

Axiom Upgrades is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Inside Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing established accounts, maintaining relationships, and consistently leveraging opportunities to maximize sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Successfully manage established accounts, maintaining relationships and consistently leveraging opportunities to maximize sales.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to ensure Axiom Upgrades remains competitive.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional phone skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Self-starter, proactive, and able to work independently taking ownership of responsibilities.
  • Ability to set priorities and operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Microsoft Office experience with advanced Excel knowledge and skills.
  • Experience in telemarketing or call center preferred.
  • Previous sales experience, preferred.
  • Two years of industry experience preferred.
  • Associate's degree and/or equivalent work experience; Bachelor's degree preferred.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive base pay starting at $22 per hour, depending on experience, plus a commission structure considered after 90 days of employment.
  • Potential for total compensation to reach $70k annually, depending on experience level.
