Private Label Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Manager to lead our Private Label business development efforts. This role will be responsible for managing key private label accounts with major retailers such as Walmart, JCPenney, and Target.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience in private label sales and a proven track record of driving sales growth and protecting profitability. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to adapt to frequent changes and thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned key private label accounts with major retailers
- Collaborate with buyers/accounts to define and execute creative strategies
- Analyze and report weekly selling data, monthly targets, and year-end results
- Work closely with the Sales and Design teams to evaluate merchandise assortments and visual standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field
- At least 5+ years of experience in private label sales
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to frequent changes and thrive in a deadline-driven environment
