We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Development Representative to join our team at Havtech LLC.

Job Summary

The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth in the Air Distribution business. This role will involve learning and understanding commercial Air Distribution systems and products, as well as developing relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and understand all commercial Air Distribution systems and products, including Grilles Registers & Diffusers, silencers, dampers, louvers, fans, spiral ductwork, grease ductwork, flue, air curtains, and other products.
  • Develop sales strategies and manage bid communications to meet contract requirements and ensure good competitive positioning.
  • Grow technical expertise and learn the construction project management and order fulfillment process.
  • Learn the basics in account management in the selling process, including identifying and developing relationships with multiple buying influencers within the customer's organization.

Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Construction, Project Management, Engineering Technology, or other related areas is a plus.
  • Career path interest in creating a successful sales career.
  • Strong interest in HVAC Industry and a related career path.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to function independently and deliver results.
