Commercial Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Sales Manager to lead our Sales Department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, with a strong background in commercial business-to-business sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Sales Department, including direct supervision of sales representatives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Recruit, train, and mentor commercial sales representatives.
- Conduct onsite sales presentations and review sales activity.
- Analyze and report pricing, sales, and productivity metrics.
- Maintain communication between Sales, Installation, and Service departments.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalency.
- 3-5 years of sales management experience, preferably in a commercial business-to-business environment.
- 5 years of successful experience in outside sales, preferably in a commercial business-to-business environment.
- Sales experience or a background in the security or home automation industry required.
- Valid Driver's License and ability to travel the territory.
