Job Description

Havtech Commercial Distribution is seeking a Sales Representative to deliver exceptional customer support. This role is responsible for processing customer quotes and orders, answering technical questions about our product, and providing top-notch customer service regarding all Commercial Distribution services and products.

This position requires a strong customer service background and a passion for working as a team to provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a unique combination of education, experience, or demonstrated accomplishments, including a GED or High School Diploma, and a proven track record in inside sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders and respond to inquiries and questions via phone, email, and over the counter.
  • Maintain knowledge of HVAC products, offerings, and promotions to ensure customer confidence.
  • Strive to execute sales with high accuracy to expedite the fulfillment process and ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve potential customer problems and company adherence to policies.
  • Assist with warehouse work as needed, including cycle counts, shipping and receiving, material stocking, and inventory control.

Requirements:

  • A unique combination of education, experience, or demonstrated accomplishments.
  • HVAC Industry experience is strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record in inside sales and superior customer service skills.
  • Strong sales skills with an understanding of a well-developed sales process.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
