Job Overview

Rekor Systems, Inc. is a leading provider of intelligent infrastructure solutions for public safety, transportation management, and urban mobility markets. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth. They will be responsible for communicating with potential customers, qualifying leads, and closing sales. The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and channel partners
  • Qualify and pursue new sales opportunities
  • Provide product demonstrations and training to customers
  • Stay up-to-date with product and service information and updates
  • Utilize CRM software to manage sales pipeline and customer interactions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or business development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the technology industry
  • Knowledge of sales practices and customer service techniques
  • Ability to interpret sales metrics and perform data analysis
